I've waited nearly three weeks for any sort of update about the projector I purchased and have received nothing. From the looks of it, the company decided they made enough money off of this product and no longer cares about supply and demand, considering that their support email box is full and all inquiries are bounced back immediately in only Chinese. Unfortunately, I'll be leaving this review at 1-star until further notice; likely will file for a refund on my end and get a different quality projector from a company that gives a damn. 👋

This product is a scam and never sent out the projector. Going to dispute with paypal if money is not refunded. DO NOT BUY

I ordered projector and additional slides, paid for standard shipping, my order total was around $75. I paid with my debit card, yet on my bank statement it showed as a paypal transaction to a random chinese name. two weeks later only 2 slides arrive in the mail without any projector. I tried emailing customer service and i got an automated email that the email address and company don’t exist anymore… most disappointing expierence and scam

I love the product, but you guys told me that it was going to take almost a week to get here. I waited for this thing for an entire month and needed it for a gift then when I reached out through email and called I got NO REPSONSE!

I must have emailed over 10 times and have gotten no response every single time I could not track my order nor could I even review it to see the status of when it would arrive. It arrived in about a month you guys did not give me any contact. I am so pissed because I wanted to love this product, but the fact that you guys couldn’t even email me shame on your business and I will be telling anyone who gets this product that you guys don’t respond and at first, I thought it was a scam although the product is good you guys are horrible with communication and I needed for a gift and it took a month and it was supposed to take a week and yes, I read on the website prime times it takes longer but no way that is absurd and that is a horrible company. i am very upset and disappointed. for the money i paid I shouldn’t have gotten NO COMMUNICATION from you guys. EVEN WITH CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
